A Property Inspection Trip consist of a 3-day trip where you will have the opportunity to visit all the properties in our portfolio that suits you personal needs. With almost 500 properties in all price ranges and in a wide variety of locations we are confident that we also have the property you are looking for.
Today the profile of people looking for properties in Spain has altered. With lower property price in both Northern Africa and Eastern Europe, a plain holiday home in the sun can be found cheaper elsewhere. Spain however offers a lot more in terms of a rich and colourful culture, culinary extravagance and a political stabile system that secures the investment. There is much to tell, and during the 3-day trip our skilled staff will seek to provide all the exciting details of this area and answer all questions you may have. However, have you never been to this area before, we recommend to start of with a holiday and subsequently sign up for an inspection trip.
The price for an inspection trip will vary depending on your home location. We can normally provide a trip for approximately 250€ per persons - all flight, hotel and dinners included.
